Existing MP4 re-inspected with ffprobe: H.264/avc1, one mono AAC track and two chapter entries at 0 and 3 seconds. ffprobe classifies the text-tagged bin_data stream as data, not as subtitles. Size and SHA-256 match both the August 29 manifest and registry. No client playback or chapter navigation was tested.
